It is with immense pride and purpose that I take on the role of the 42nd National President of FICCI FLO. For over four decades, FLO has been at the forefront of empowering women in business, leadership, and entrepreneurship—and today, our mission is more vital than ever.

Aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, FLO will continue to champion women-led growth through a holistic framework grounded in the eight pillars: Shiksha, Suniti, Swabhiman, Suraksha, Swasthya, Saksham, Sahayta, and Sarvodaya.

We are launching FLO KAVACH, a dedicated support system to assist women facing challenges in legal rights, finance, mental health, and cybersecurity. Our goal is to empower 1,00,000+ women across urban and rural India through digital literacy, vocational training, and life skills.

FLO will strengthen its support for startups with access to mentorship, global growth platforms, and skills in branding, e-commerce, SEO, and ONDC. We also aim to expand funding opportunities through industry collaborations and angel investor networks. With a sharp focus on leadership visibility, youth engagement through Mahila Yuva Shakti, and inclusion of women in STEM, sustainability, and disability advocacy—FLO will serve as a catalyst for change.
