FICCI FLO, under the leadership of National President Ms. Poonam Sharma, organized a virtual workshop on “Interview Readiness” in collaboration with speaker Ms. Prachi Bothra, founder of Persoura and a soft skills trainer. This session focused on equipping women and young students with top interview skills to unlock good career opportunities.
Day chair Shubhraa Maheshwari curated the session with the support of team members, Ms. Priya Gazdar, Dr. Simarpreet S., Ms. Surabhi B, Ms. Apoorva K, Ms. Bhavani M, and Ms. Radhika G. Ms. Prachi Bothra led the session and taught different skills to attendees so that they can crack interviews easily and secure the golden job opportunities.
She shared practical insights on showcasing achievements with impact and creating the best resumes to stand out from the crowd. This mock interview session focused on boosting the confidence of participants and preparing them for their professional journey. Ms. Prachi helped the attendees by offering them valuable insights on workplace expectations, effective communication, and shared constructive feedback.
The interview readiness workshop is a part of FLO’s Linkages between academia, industry, and the government initiative, which empowers young students and women by providing them with opportunities for employment, upskilling, and reintegration into the workforce. The workshop was planned according to evolving job skills and market demands. The session was attended by 135 people, and they learned how to secure the best job opportunities in India.
