Dear friends,

It is with great pride and gratitude that I take on the role of Chairperson for FLO Pune for the year 2025-26. To me, FLO is not just an organization, it is a community of women who lead with courage, care, and conviction. This year, my vision is to make FLO Pune a truly inclusive platform, where every member feels seen, valued, and empowered.

I believe in action that leads to impact. Together with my team, I am committed to deepening our work across core verticals – Skilling, Education Sustainability, Health, Rural Livelihoods, Entrepreneurship, Digital, Financial & Legal Empowerment, and Inclusivity. We aim to reach communities in need, foster meaningful collaborations, and champion causes that matter.

Equally important, I want every member to feel a personal sense of growth and contribution. This year, we have curated “By the Member, For the Members” where FLO Pune will be your platform to showcase your strengths, take initiative, build networks, and support one another.
