FICCI FLO, under the leadership of National President Ms. Poonam Sharma, successfully completed its fifth module titled “Gender Lens & Impact Investing” of the “She Invests” course, focusing on turning women entrepreneurs into angel investors. This fifth virtual session centered on backing women-led ventures and blending social and financial returns.
The She Invests course has become a reality due to the collaboration with Dexter Ventures, a pre-pool fund investing firm primarily in seed and pre-seed stage startups across diverse sectors. This course is designed to help attendees gain advanced angel investing knowledge and skills, such as startup evaluation, deal structuring, legal and regulatory understanding, and portfolio management.
Four modules have already been finished virtually from August 29 to September 19, 2025. The She Invests course is different due to its benefits for learners:

Organized under the FLO Startup Cell initiative, the She Invests course is the vision of initiative head, Ms. Priya Goutham, co-chair, Ms. Archana Burman, and FLO President, Ms Poonam Sharma.
She Invests: A Practical Guide to Angel Investing for Women is a part of FICCI FLO’s efforts towards boosting gender diversity in the investment ecosystem by creating a new generation of certified women angel investors who can fund innovation.
