Dear friends,

Isaac Newton once said, “If I have seen further, it is by standing on the
shoulders of giants.” A decade of groundbreaking work has made me stand tall
today. It is with this immense gratitude and respect for the legacy of those who
came before me that I stand before you as the 11th Chairperson of FICCI FLO
Kanpur. My vision is to create a space where every woman experiences true
fulfillment—not just through accomplishments but by discovering a deeper
sense of purpose.

Fulfillment comes when we dare to unleash our true powers, embrace our
passions, and lead with courage. It begins with connecting with oneself,
understanding our strengths, and stepping forward with confidence to create
impact.

This year, we will inspire women to UNLEASH from barriers, nurture their
ambitions, and build a future where their dreams and potential know no limits.
Through purpose-driven leadership, collaboration, and self-discovery, FICCI
FLO Kanpur will be a force that empowers, uplifts, transforms, and unleashes
