It is with great humility and excitement that I assume the role of Chairperson of the FICCI FLO Bhubaneswar Chapter. I am deeply honoured to have the opportunity to lead such a prestigious organization, and I am committed to leveraging our collective strengths to drive positive change in our community.

My vision for our chapter is rooted in fostering a supportive environment for women entrepreneurs, where they can thrive and succeed. I believe in the power of collaboration and will work tirelessly to forge partnerships with stakeholders across industries to address the challenges faced by women-led businesses.

During my tenure, I aim to prioritize skill development programs that empower women with the tools and knowledge they need to excel in their endeavours. Additionally, I am dedicated to promoting inclusive growth that ensures no one is left behind in our pursuit of socio-economic advancement.

With my background in sociology, diet, nutrition, and resource management, I am passionate about creating opportunities for sustainable development.
