FLO Bhubaneswar celebrated the Utkal Divas as the Odisha Day on April 1, 2025, to commemorate the formation of the state of Odisha in 1936. Dr. Prangyan Paramita Mishra, a Doctor and Physician, was invited as the speaker at this event.
The event marked the day Odisha was officially separated from Bihar and Orissa Province, becoming an independent state. The celebration acknowledges the historical struggle for statehood and honors the cultural identity of the Odia people.
