It’s a privilege to serve as the Chairperson of FLO Bengaluru for 2025–26 and to lead this dynamic community of entrepreneurs, professionals, corporate leaders, and changemakers.

This year, our focus is on growth with intent. While we continue to drive FLO National initiative on skilling at the grassroots, at FLO Bangalore, we aim to build on this foundation by actively upskilling our members.

In a world rapidly shaped by AI, sustainability, and digital innovation, staying relevant is no longer optional, it’s essential. A growth mindset is for every woman navigating both professional and personal spaces. Staying informed and relevant helps us make smarter decisions, lead confidently, and engage in meaningful conversations.

To bring this vision to life, we’re launching:

• AWE (Accelerating Women Entrepreneurs): A transformative learning platform for every woman with an entrepreneurial or venture mindset whether you run a business or not.
• FLO SANTÉ: A members-only marketplace open to the city, offering visibility for businesses and professional expertise.
