FLO Northeast, under the leadership of Chairperson Rashmi Manchanda, successfully hosted a highly engaging and informative event at Hotel Ornate, Guwahati, under the National Initiative on Financial Literacy. The event featured two impactful sessions designed to empower members with knowledge and tools to make informed financial decisions.
The first session, Will & Inheritance, was led by Mrs. Ranjana Agarwal, Past President of FICCI FLO. With her wealth of experience and expertise, she guided participants through the importance of creating a will, understanding inheritance laws, and securing assets for future generations. Her practical insights and relatable examples made the topic easy to grasp and inspired many to take proactive steps in estate planning.
The second session, Financial Literacy – Saksham, was conducted by Sonia Bagaria and curated by Vaishali Goenka, Vertical Head – Financial Literacy. This segment focused on effective financial management, the significance of early investments, and the value of being financially independent. Participants learned practical strategies for budgeting, saving, and investing wisely.
