Vision To Venture: A Transformative Workshop For Women Entrepreneurs

FLO Bangalore, under the leadership of Chairperson Dekysi Yangtso Chawla, organised a startup and leadership session titled Vision to Venture for the women entrepreneurs at the Deloitte office in Bangalore. Revenue-generating women entrepreneurs were invited to be a part of this event. Speakers, Ms. Tiyasa Khanra – Partner, Monitor Deloitte, and Ms. Prachi Agarwal – Associate Director, Monitor Deloitte, led the session to deliver a structured, hands-on roadmap to building scalable and investor-ready business models.

As a part of FLO’s National Initiatives on Start-up Cell, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership, FLO Bangalore Startup Vertical inaugurated its Invest Quarter with the Vision to Venture transformative workshop. Led by Monitor Deloitte’s senior leadership, entrepreneurs were guided through every stage of the business planning process: defining vision, sizing markets (TAM/SAM/SOM), building customer personas, designing monetization strategies, and forecasting financials. 

The facilitators combined rigorous consulting frameworks with practical, real-world insights, ensuring that participants could translate the learnings directly into their ventures. Through interactive exercises, group discussions, and case-driven learning, participants sharpened

their strategies while gaining clarity on investor expectations and dynamic market realities. The energy in the room reflected the ambition of women founders who actively engaged, exchanged perspectives, and built valuable peer connections.
