STEM Awareness Session (National Initiative – STEM)

FLO Vadodara hosted a STEM Awareness Session in collaboration with Mr. Pallav Shah, founder and CEO of RoboCodeVeda, from 22 to 23 July 2025. This event was a part of the National Initiative – Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), led by initiative lead Ms. Mamta Bakliwal. This initiative has already helped many women and young girls in building pathways from education to entrepreneurship by providing them required resources.

The main objective is to spark curiosity and interest in STEM among young students by providing them interactive and hands-on learning experience. It empowered them with foundational exposure to science and technology in a fun, engaging environment. This inspiring series of STEM sessions took place across six schools in the Karjan district. The schools were approached through the Cosmo Foundation, enabling the initiative to reach a wider section of students in rural areas.

Key Takeaways

  • Mr. Pallav Shah led each session to offer a dynamic mix of education, creativity, and technology.
  • Interactive experiments and an exhilarating robotic car race transformed classrooms into vibrant spaces of curiosity and engagement.
  • The sessions not only sparked excitement but also built student confidence in exploring the world of STEM.
  • As a thoughtful gesture, FLO Vadodara distributed food packets to all participating students—underscoring its commitment to nurturing both minds and hearts.
