FLO Lucknow, led by the chairperson, Vandita Agarwal, organised a thought-provoking talk show titled “Rise And Roar” with Emmy award nominee and actress Shefali Vipul Shah, focused on the theme “Vision to Achieve”, held at the Centrum hotel. Additionally, the event featured a “Change of Guard” ceremony, marking the induction of Vandita Agarwal as the 11th Chairperson of the FICCI FLO Lucknow Chapter for the year 2025-26.
Actress Shefali Shah talked about the importance of women’s self-defence and empowerment in today’s world. Also, the talk show focused on empowering women with knowledge, strength, and community support.
Chairperson Vandita Agarwal introduced the year’s empowering theme, “Vision to Achieve,” highlighting the importance of clarity, confidence, and consistent effort in turning aspirations into reality. She reaffirmed her alignment with FICCI FLO National President Poonam Sharma’s vision, rooted in the 8 S’s—Shiksha, Swabhiman, Suraksha, Suniti, Sakshamata, Sahayata, Sarvodaya, and Swasthya.
A total of 180 enthusiastic members attended this event and celebrated the introduction of the dynamic 2025-26 team. The event set the stage for a promising year ahead, with excitement around the upcoming FLO Bazaar ANANTAM and the much-anticipated INTERSTATE extravaganza in November.
