FLO Pune implemented a plastic recycling drive under the Sustainability & Environment vertical, in collaboration with the Adar Poonawalla Clean City Initiative. The campaign resulted in the collection of 1 ton of plastic bottles within 10 days, which will be recycled into T-shirts for the Indian Women’s National Hockey Team.
The initiative was designed to raise environmental awareness and promote sustainable action among members and the wider community. FLO Pune members actively participated by collecting plastic bottles from their homes, neighborhoods, restaurants, and cafes. Key collection areas included Khadki, Kalyani Nagar, and other parts of Pune. Members also took the lead in educating and mobilizing communities to contribute to the cause.
