FLO Coimbatore, under the dynamic leadership of Chairperson Dr. Aparna Sunku, in association with Coimbatore Management Association and GRGSMS, proudly hosted the panel discussion “Pioneering Women: Breaking Barriers” at GRGSMS, PSGR Krishnammal College for Women.
The inspiring session featured four trailblazing women leaders who carved their own paths and challenged conventions — Dr. Aparna Sunku, Ms. Megha Asher (COO & Co-Founder, Juicy Chemistry), Ms. Gandhimathi Vinodkumar (Admin Director, Pharmbioz Healthcare Pvt Ltd), and Ms. Swathi Ramesh (VP Projects, Alphacraft Pvt Ltd). They shared their journeys of resilience, innovation, and leadership with the students. The discussion was brilliantly moderated by CA Meena Swaminathan, Immediate Past Chairperson of FLO Coimbatore.
A total of 150 MBA students attended this discussion to get engaging insights and learn from the real-life experiences of the leaders present on the panel. It inspired students and entrepreneurs alike to embrace challenges and break barriers in their own fields. This collaboration truly highlighted FLO Coimbatore’s commitment to empowering women, fostering entrepreneurship, and creating impactful dialogues.
