FLO Pune, led by Chairperson Ms. Anita Agarwal, in collaboration with Spherule Foundation, organized a livelihood empowerment initiative aimed at uplifting women from economically weaker backgrounds. The project supports 25 women from below the poverty line, each with a household income of less than ₹10,000 per month.
Several members met the beneficiaries and distributed essential tools to kickstart or enhance their livelihoods. The equipment provided included – 4 Salon equipment, 5 Vegetable & Snacks carts, 4 Atta chakki, 7 Sewing machines for tailoring, and 5 Tiffin services
In addition to the resource distribution, the will facilitate skill development training for these women at ITI institutes in areas like culinary arts, beauty and salon services, and more.
