FLO Chennai, under the leadership of chairperson Niyati A. Mehta, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology (RIT). As part of this partnership, Flo Chennai will offer pre-employment training to RIT students under their Campus to Corporate program. The focus of this initiative is to equip students with essential soft skills and ensure they are interview-ready, bridging the gap between academic learning and professional expectations.This marks the second consecutive year of collaboration between Flo Chennai and RIT.
The program received an overwhelmingly positive response last year, with students benefiting from hands-on training, improved confidence, and better placement outcomes. Building on that momentum, this year’s training aims to be even more impactful, with curated modules delivered by industry experts and corporate mentors.
