FLO Vadodara organised a mock interview session for a new batch of young women from the Vadodara-based Jumpstart Skill Foundation, offering them a practical introduction to workplace readiness. Conducted in collaboration with Jagdish Farshan Pvt. Ltd., the initiative aimed to provide participants with a real interview experience, enhance their confidence, and prepare them for their professional journeys.
During the session, HR experts simulated authentic interview environments, posed practical questions, shared constructive feedback, and offered valuable insights on workplace expectations and effective communication. Remarkably, even though the exercise was intended as a mock round, four talented young women were extended actual placement offers at Jagdish Farshan Pvt. Ltd. stores across Vadodara: Priyanka Vaghela, Mahi Rajput, Bhumika Mulave, and Sujan Garsiya. Moments like these remind us that when opportunity meets preparation, magic happens.
The program benefited 13 young women from the Vadodara-based Jumpstart Skill Foundation as they learned skills to crack real job interviews.
