YFLO Ahmedabad, in collaboration with NLP expert and motivational speaker Neha Choudhary, started the “Member Training session”, an initiative under the chapter’s vision. This foundational 2- hour session was designed to equip the newly formed committee with essential tools in leadership, public speaking, and self-awareness.
Ms. Neha Choudhary, a certified NLP trainer and founder of Yuva Unstoppable, has delivered over 100 training sessions across educational institutions and corporations. During this session, she guided the YFLO committee through interactive exercises to help members overcome stage fear, build conviction in communication, and reflect on their leadership goals. 25+ core committee members participated,
90% of attendees reported improved confidence, and over 70% volunteered to lead at upcoming YFLO events. This training was not only informative but also deeply impactful — enabling each participant to connect their personal stories with the larger community-driven mission of YFLO. It further served as a unifying platform, enhancing team bonding and setting the tone for a year centered on clarity, courage, and contribution.
