FICCI FLO, under the leadership of the 42nd National President, Ms. Poonam Sharma, organized an engaging networking event at the FICCI Federation House, Delhi. The President welcomed 13 new members, including those who transitioned from YFLO over the past year into the FLO community. Since the start of the current term, 71 new members have enrolled in the FICCI FLO Delhi (Head Office).
This meeting aimed to initiate early engagement with some of them and orient them to FLO’s ongoing programs. Each member had the opportunity to introduce themselves and their area of work or interest. The session also included a structured introduction round, allowing members to present their areas of interest and explore potential collaborations.
Ms. Poonam Sharma outlined the communication and engagement framework, including communication channels and working committees to help the members stay informed and involved. The event was followed by a briefing on FLO’s National Initiatives and upcoming activities. This Meet & Greet marked the beginning of an association for new members with FICCI FLO. Also, this is a part of the organization’s efforts towards promoting inclusivity and empowerment among women.
