Lessons from the Front Lines

FLO Ahmedabad, under the leadership of Chairperson Madhu Banthia, organised an inspiring session titled “Lessons from the Front Lines,” in collaboration with guest speaker Captain Yashika Hathwal Tyagi, a Kargil War veteran, motivational speaker, and TEDx Speaker at Renaissance Hotel, Marriott Renaissance.

The session focused on highlighting the resilience of women in leadership through Captain Yashika Tyagi’s journey, serving as a logistics captain during the Kargil War while in her second trimester of pregnancy and to reinforce that while physical ability is vital, everything begins with the mind: mental strength is the true Kavach (shield), giving rise to physical strength, wellness, and courage.
