FICCI FLO, under the leadership of National President, Ms. Poonam Sharma, in collaboration with Empower Image, finished the final sessions of “Lead with Presence: Building your Entrepreneurial Influence” virtual program. The five-part Executive Presence Series by Empower Image was created for women leaders to boost their leadership and entrepreneurship skills.
The sessions were led by speaker Nitu Walia Kanwar, founder of Empower Image, a distinguished executive coach and consultant. The virtual program was curated by Ms. Ritika Sarna and Ms. Garima Jain, initiative heads of Women in Leadership Roles. This program focused on empowering women by equipping them with actionable tools on mindset, storytelling, vocal presence, personal branding, and strategic networking.
The sessions were attended by different women entrepreneurs across India who learned advanced leadership skills virtually. The Lead with Presence program is a part of the FLO Women in Leadership Roles initiative, which provides a platform to women leaders to collaborate, exchange knowledge, and influence policy and corporate practices. The initiative focuses on equipping women leaders with the required skills and knowledge to stay prepared for today’s evolving business and professional landscape.
