Kicking Barriers, Scoring Dreams

FLO Indore, led by Chairperson C.A. Shweta Agarwal, hosted an event with the Indian National Blind Football Team, joined by 120 members and their kids. The event celebrated the unstoppable spirit of India’s blind football team.

The event featured a 5-A-side game with four blind players and a sighted goalkeeper, guided by a rattling ball and vocal cues. Coach Yhoho shared that the sport began in India in 2013, with the Indian team qualifying for the 2025 finals. MP’s centers in Indore and Bhopal have produced 20–25 national players.

A few players shared stories of overcoming fear and building confidence, while others expressed pride in representing India. FLO members and their children tried a live demonstration as they tried blindfolded football, experiencing its challenges.

This event was FLO’s mission to accelerate learning and empowerment through extraordinary platforms.
