YFLO Ahmedabad, led by Chairperson Ms. Neha Goyal’s The Explore Her Club in association with Display Diaries, organized an industry visit to Ariane Fine Porcelain, a global name in premium tableware manufacturing. The visit offered an experience at the intersection of entrepreneurship, manufacturing, and design innovation. 35 women entrepreneurs and leaders joined the visit.
Mr. Dharmendra Jani gave a guided factory tour and shared insights of Ariane’s operations. The participants gained a deeper understanding of the growth strategies, production scale, and export-grade quality management that make Ariane a leading player in the MSME sector. The visit provided a rare, firsthand perspective on what it takes to build a globally recognized manufacturing brand from India.
Post the tour, members participated in a session on “The Art of Serving” with Ms. Tanisha, who highlighted how presentation and personal branding play a key role in creating premium customer experiences.
