FLO Pune, led by Chairperson Ms. Anita Agarwal, in collaboration with the Socrates Foundation for Enhanced Learning (SFEL), conducted the inaugural seminar for the Teachers’ Training Programme at Khadki Cantonment Board (KCB), Pune. The programme is under the Skilling and Education vertical.
The programme, attended by over 85 teachers across 8 schools under the Khadki Cantonment Board, is led by Ms. Charu Mathur, Founder of SFEL, and aligns with FLO Pune’s focus on educational skilling and capacity building in government and aided schools.
The seminar formally launched a structured training initiative scheduled to run from June to August 2025. It served as an orientation session for participating educators, introducing them to key training themes, including:
- Vocational Training: Practical tools to embed career-oriented learning within classroom environments.
- Psychological First Aid: Strategies to help teachers identify, understand, and support students’ emotional and mental well-being.
