Funding For FLO Coimbatore’s Tribal Vermicomposting Project

FLO Coimbatore, under the leadership of Chairperson Aparna Sunku, successfully initiated a tribal vericomposting project as a part of Vanakkam Kovai, the 2nd National Governing Body Meeting for the year 2025–26. Mukul Madhav Foundation has graciously committed Rs 4.5 lakhs towards the tribal vermicomposting project.

They are keen for the project to commence at the earliest. The total estimated cost of the project stands at Rs 8.3 lakhs. Also, FLO Coimbatore and Mukul Madhav Foundation have distributed goats to 40 tribal families. They provided training support for goat-rearing and vermicomposting to the rural families.

In light of this, FLO Coimbatore sincerely request that the National Startup Cell Team consider extending support to bridge the remaining funding gap. 900 people became a part of this meaningful initiative by FLO Coimbatore.
