Objective

The FLO Women in STEM & Tech Initiative seeks to bridge the gender gap in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) by fostering curiosity, innovation, and digital literacy among girls and women. The initiative aims to:

 

  • Spark early interest in STEM fields among young girls through hands-on learning.
  • Provide access to cutting-edge knowledge in areas like AI, robotics, design, and entrepreneurship.
  • Empower women with digital literacy and problem-solving skills essential for the future workforce.
  • Build a pipeline of future women leaders in STEM and technology-driven industries.

Scope of Work

Hands-on STEM Learning

  • Establishing STEM and Robotics Labs in schools and communities.
  • Encouraging creativity, innovation, and application-based learning.
