It is with immense pride and excitement that I step into the esteemed role of the 22nd Chairperson of the FICCI Ladies Organization Mumbai Chapter. Under my stewardship, our theme for the year is simple yet profound: “Together We Can.” This encapsulates my vision of fostering collaboration, sustaining impactful work, and creating new avenues for growth and value addition.

At FICCI FLO, our commitment to ‘Power to Enable’ remains steadfast. We are dedicated to empowering women and driving positive change in society. Mumbai chapter of FICCI FLO is determined to democratize access with awareness, skill, and opportunity.

We envision a future where every woman has the tools and resources needed to transform her life socio-economically. From rural to urban areas, our aim is to facilitate empowerment across all strata of society. This year, our focus areas include youth upskilling, rural development, entrepreneurship, as well as sectors like art, design, fashion, textile, and handloom.

I am confident that with the dedication and support of our members and partners, we will make a tangible difference in the socio-economic landscape of our region. Together, we can achieve remarkable outcomes and create a brighter future for all.
