Objective
To strengthen the FLO community by expanding membership and fostering meaningful engagement through events, initiatives, and networking opportunities. This initiative ensures a vibrant, diverse, and supportive platform for women in business, entrepreneurship, and leadership. The membership drive and engagement initiative is built around the four big pillars: engage, educate, elevate, and empower.
Background & Need
The initiative was launched to broaden FLO’s reach, deepen engagement, and amplify its impact within the entrepreneurial and professional ecosystem. It focuses on enhancing engagement among more than 14K members, which include women entrepreneurs and professionals. Recognizing the evolving aspirations of women leaders, the initiative aimed to:
