I am truly honored and filled with gratitude to step into the role of the 11th Chairperson of the FLO Lucknow. Our chapter is a vibrant community of dynamic and limitless women, and I take great pride in following the path laid by my predecessors.

This year, my theme is “Vision to Achieve.” A clear vision, supported by actionable plans, instills a profound sense of confidence and personal
empowerment. Remember, nothing is truly impossible; the word itself says, “I’m possible!” This theme inspires me to innovate, embrace, and put in hard work each day. As I take on the Baton, I’m honoured to have a dynamic team.
They are my backbone; without them, none of this is achievable.
