When a chapter reaches its eighth year, it does not merely continue—it evolves. The number eight, shaped like an infinity, inspires us to widen our impact with clarity, purpose, and limitless vision.

I am Manpreet Kaur (Mona Singh), Chairperson of FLO Amritsar. With a background in English Honours, a master’s in Journalism and mass communication, and an MPhil in English, my journey began with Zee News and grew into entrepreneurship. Today, I serve as Director at Orango Solutions and curate experiences that are precise, purposeful, and memorable. I now bring the same approach to FLO.

This year, we embrace The Year of Infinity not as a theme, but as a mindset. Our eight pillars span digital empowerment, ethical leadership, health, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and safety. PAW-tectors, our initiative for stray animals, adds a voice to the voiceless.

Our retreats, both spiritual and reflective, are designed to strengthen the self and the sisterhood. These are journeys inward that build outward impact.
We are not here to make announcements. We are here to build outcomes. Quietly, consistently, and with resolve. If infinity symbolizes continuity, let ours be one of purpose—etched not in words, but in the change we leave behind.
