FLO Delhi, under the leadership of National President Ms. Poonam Sharma, hosted an informative cybersecurity session titled “Cyber Safe, AI Smart: Your 2025 Scam Survival Guide,” in collaboration with renowned cybersecurity evangelist Mr. Rakshit Tandon. This virtual session was curated by the National Initiative Lead for Digital Skilling, Ms. Reshma Patel, along with team members Aarmeen Mogul, Ruchika Gupta, and Shreya Bajaj.
Advisor to cybercrime cells across India, Mr. Rakshit, guided attendees on how to stay secure from online threats, such as hacking, phishing, and ransomware. Also, the expert shared tips to avoid AI scams that are targeting different people in India. Many scammers use artificial intelligence technology to spoof people through fake content like deepfake videos and voice clones to impersonate trusted individuals in an attempt to gain money and confidential data.
The session benefited women entrepreneurs and working professionals in understanding how to keep their business and family secure from online threats. Mr. Rakshit taught attendees some digital practices, such as using strong passwords, enabling multi-factor authentication, avoiding unknown links, and free public Wi-Fi.
More than 500 attendees attended this virtual session and benefited from learning crucial digital skills. It is a part of FICCI FLO’s efforts towards education and empowering women by teaching them digital and cybersecurity skills to keep them secure and aware of potential threats.
