FLO Ludhiana
Chairperson's Message

Dear friends
It is with immense pride and gratitude that I step into the role of the 14th Chairperson of FLO Ludhiana. This opportunity is both a responsibility and a privilege to lead a chapter that has consistently been a beacon of strength, resilience, and progress for women in our region.
As I embark on this new journey, I carry with me the inspiration drawn from the stellar leadership of my predecessors, who have laid a strong foundation by empowering women and promoting entrepreneurship across Ludhiana. I would especially like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Anamika Ghai, our outgoing Chairperson, for her outstanding leadership and commitment during her term. Her efforts have set a high benchmark, and I am committed to carrying forward this legacy with renewed energy and purpose.
My vision for FLO Ludhiana is to create a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-thinking ecosystem where women from all walks of life, like entrepreneurs, professionals, artists, and leaders find the support, resources, and opportunities they need to realize their fullest potential. We will focus on fostering innovation, championing creativity, enabling business growth, and building stronger collaborations across industries, academia, and government bodies.
Through strategic initiatives, skill development programs, business exchange platforms, leadership training, and social welfare projects, we aim to not only empower our members individually but also collectively contribute to the economic and social growth of Ludhiana and Punjab.
At FLO Ludhiana, we are deeply committed to championing the wellness of women—both within and beyond our FLO community. With initiatives like 5,000 free cancer screenings and ‘Project Roshani,’ a mega eye camp dedicated to restoring sight and hope, we aim to build a healthier, more empowered society—where care, compassion, and access to healthcare are not a privilege, but a right.
At FLO Ludhiana, our mission is to empower women entrepreneurs by creating consistent and meaningful opportunities for growth. As we launch a digital platform that highlights and promotes our members’ ventures, it celebrates their success stories and connects them with new audiences and collaborations through FLO SHEROES. These sustained efforts aim to foster a thriving ecosystem where women don’t just participate in business—they lead it with confidence and impact.
I believe that when women are empowered, families prosper, communities thrive, and economies flourish. Together, let us work towards creating a future where every woman dares to dream and has the tools and support to turn those dreams into reality.
I am excited about the journey ahead and look forward to working closely with each and every one of you. With your unwavering support and active participation, I am confident that we will scale new heights and make FLO Ludhiana a shining example of women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and collective strength.
Let us move forward together with purpose, with passion, and with pride!
Warm Regards,
Shweta Jindal
