It is with great humility and a deep sense of responsibility that I take on the role of the 18th Chairperson of FICCI FLO Northeast. This platform has always stood as a beacon of empowerment, collaboration, and growth, and I am truly
honoured to lead it for the year 2025–26.

Our journey ahead is guided by a strong vision rooted in purpose. Together, we will work towards creating opportunities, fostering leadership, and making a
tangible difference in the lives of women across the region. FLO Northeast has always been a space where ideas are nurtured and voices are amplified, and I am committed to continuing this legacy with renewed energy and innovation.
