It is both an honour and a privilege to take the baton forward as the Chairperson of FICCI FLO Vadodara. I’m deeply grateful for the trust and confidence you have placed in me and am committed to taking our chapter to new heights with your support.

Over the last three years, we have built an incredible legacy that has empowered women, fostered leadership, and paved the way for meaningful changes through various initiatives. As a community and society, we can get stronger only if the women around us are stronger and healthier. Through health-led national initiatives, I aspire to empower women around us and take charge of their health.

This year our three core values – Inclusive, Invigorating & Illuminating – will guide our efforts, shape our initiatives, and define our growth. We are committed to fostering an environment where every woman feels welcomed, valued, and supported. This year, we will prioritize initiatives that invigorate our members, offering new opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Through mentorship, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing, we will continue to guide and inspire the next generation of women leaders, ensuring their success and impact.
