It is an honor to serve as the Chairperson of FLO Uttarakhand. I step into this role with a deep sense of responsibility, driven by a passion to empower women across sectors and communities. FLO, as a leading organization for women in business, entrepreneurship, and leadership, offers a powerful platform to nurture talent, encourage innovation, and foster meaningful connections.

My vision is to create inclusive opportunities that help women in Uttarakhand realize their full potential — economically, socially, and personally. We aim to collaborate with key stakeholders, government bodies, and local communities to launch impactful initiatives in skill development, entrepreneurship, education, and social awareness.

As Chairperson of the Uttarakhand State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (SCPCR), I remain committed to advocating for the well-being of children and ensuring their rights are upheld. The synergy between both roles and my reach into the government machinery allows for a holistic approach to societal development, the empowerment of women and the protection of children go hand in hand.

I am a paediatrician medical doctor with extensive work on Adolescent issues and Minister of State, as Chairperson, SCPCR UK and I would feel happy to visit other chapters for talk shows or workshops around that topic and help in building bridges with the state women and child rights commissions of your respective states.
