Welcome to another year of endless possibilities with this power-packed and inspiring organization. It is an absolute privilege to serve as your chairperson and I am looking forward to knowing each one of you better as we embark on this journey together.

YFLO Delhi has grown tremendously over the last twenty-two years. We are the largest women’s business and networking forum in Delhi and together with our countrywide chapters, one of the most powerful women’s business networks in the world. The power of our community and collective are today unmatched and we must continue to evolve and ideate to nurture what we have and keep on this growth trajectory.

At YFLO, we believe in continuous learning, professional growth and the power of connections. YFLO offers its members a diverse range of learning experiences and avenues to grow their businesses as well as ample opportunities for self-growth. Our commitment to giving back to supporting women and girls across the socio-economic spectrum of our city remains unchanged.

This year, under the theme “I Thrive with YFLO,” my vision is to build upon the remarkable work of my predecessors while creating an even greater impact. I hope to inspire each one of you to dream big, take bold steps, and create meaningful change—both in your personal journey and in the world around you. YFLO is where inspiration meets action, where you find mentors, peers, and partners who propel you forward. It is a space where you thrive, your ambitions thrive, and together, we help the community around us thrive.
