FICCI FLO Hosted Annual Interstate Meet 2025 in Lucknow; Delegation Traveled to Ayodhya for Offsite

FICCI FLO, the women’s wing of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), inaugurated its Annual Interstate Meet 2025 at Hotel Taj Mahal, Lucknow, under the leadership of Ms. Poonam Sharma, 42nd National President, FICCI FLO. This year’s theme-  “Celebrating Heritage, Empowering Women” sets the tone for a vibrant exchange of ideas, culture, and leadership.

The three-day interstate meet has brought together nearly 200 delegates from across India, including the FLO Presidium, Past National Presidents, Chapter Chairs, Governing Body Members, and representatives from 21 chapters. The annual gathering served as FLO’s flagship platform for strategic decision-making, professional networking, and strengthening the collective vision for women’s empowerment.

Lucknow, where tehzeeb is a way of life and history breathes through every lane, serves as the perfect backdrop for this year’s Interstate Meet. From the delicate artistry of chikankari to the rich flavours of Awadhi cuisine, the city offers a seamless blend of heritage and modernity.

As delegates convene for the Annual FLO Interstate Meet and the 3rd Governing Body Meeting 2025-26, they are immersed in a cultural landscape where stories, architecture, and hospitality come together in effortless harmony. FLO Lucknow Chapter, led by Chairperson Vandita Aggarwal, with support from Past Chairs, has curated a signature blend of cultural immersion, leadership dialogues, and creative showcases. Key highlights include:

“This Interstate Meet celebrates not only the spirit of FLO but also the unmatched richness of Uttar Pradesh, its artistry, heritage, and resilience. It is a privilege to bring together women leaders from across India in this cradle of culture and craft.

As we gather here, we reflect on the collective strength of FLO nationwide, our chapters working tirelessly to transform women’s lives through skilling, entrepreneurship, policy advocacy, and community development. As FLO continues to drive transformative initiatives that empower women across sectors and communities, we will consistently be creating pathways for progress that are both inclusive and sustainable.”
