Objective
To empower youth and students in urban centers with skill-based learning opportunities that complement academic knowledge, enhance employability, and prepare them for future professional challenges. By fostering industry-relevant competencies, this initiative aims to reduce the skill gap and enable a smoother transition from education to employment.
Scope of Work
Skill Development Workshops
- Conduct a series of hands-on and industry-aligned workshops.
- Cover areas such as digital literacy, communication, financial awareness, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies.
Industry Partnerships
- Collaborate with corporates, startups, and training institutions to design and deliver programs.

Career Preparedness
- Focus on professional readiness through resume building, interview skills, workplace etiquette, and leadership development.
