FLO National, under the leadership of National President Poonam Sharma, hosted an online digital skilling workshop, “Crafting Your Unfiltered Story”, featuring speaker Sarah Sham, a principal designer at Essajees Atelier, TEDx speaker and Instagram influencer with 500K+ followers. This virtual workshop focused on teaching attendees to build digital presence with authenticity and impact.
As a part of the Digital Skilling initiative, the session aimed to empower women by equipping them with essential digital skills and tools to enhance their professional and entrepreneurial journeys. Initiative lead, Reshma Patel, and team members: Ruchika Gupta, Armeen Mogul, and Shreya Bajaj played an important role in managing the online workshop and creating a positive experience for the attendees.
Ms. Sarah Sham shared her story and digital growth secrets to guide participants in building their social media presence. With 655 registrations for this online digital skilling workshop, attendees learned about creating an authentic brand on Instagram. This online workshop focused on bridging gender disparity in the tech space. Members were moved by Ms. Sarah’s openness and inspired to show up more confidently online. A custom “30 Takeaways” sheet was shared after, capturing the session’s most powerful insights. Also, the workshop is aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
