FLO Kanpur, under the leadership of Chairperson Kriti Shroff and the Executive Committee, organised a virtual “Resume Reboot workshop” in collaboration with Lots of Learning. The session aimed to equip participants with practical strategies to craft resumes that stand out in today’s competitive job market. As part of a digital literacy initiative, this workshop focused on equipping women with essential skills and tools to improve their professional and entrepreneurial journeys.
The event fostered inclusivity in the digital economy and empowered women by addressing the digital skill gap. Also, it reduces dependency on male counterparts for making a resume. The session was led by Past Chair Sneha Gupta and Event Chair Shruti Jhunjhunwala, who ensured a meaningful and interactive experience for all attendees. The workshop covered topics, such as:

- Techniques for tailoring resumes for different roles
- Insider hiring insights with a live Q&A session
Participants engaged in hands-on learning to create impactful CVs that highlight their strengths and improve their chances of landing interviews. The virtual session showcased FLO Kanpur’s commitment towards empowering women through technology and education. By helping women enhance their resumes, the event supported their professional development and made them effective in career progression.
