FLO Chennai, led by Chairperson Ms. Miyati A. Mehta, under the National Initiative FLO Kavach, has 24 members embarked on a wellness retreat to the Art of Living International Ashram in Bangalore from June 6 to 9, 2025
Day one began with Nadi Josyam, a traditional Ayurvedic pulse reading, helping participants better understand their unique mind-body constitution. Followed by a guided pranayama session led by Tanushree ji. The day also featured a session of yoga nidra and an insightful talk by Shweta ji and the day concluded with a satsang led by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
Day two commenced at the Panchakarma Ayurvedic Center with another round of breathwork and introspective practices. Members participated in a second pranayama session with Tanushree ji, another yoga nidra session, and a talk by Shweta ji. The highlight of the retreat was the intimate audience with Gurudev Shri Shri Ravi Shankar who answered questions asked by members. The day was followed by another satsang to conclude it.
On the final day, members engaged in a concluding pranayama session that focused on tools to manage anxiety, enhance pulmonary health, and stay grounded in the present. All sessions featured interactive elements and group bonding exercises.
