FLO Ludhiana, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Shweta Jindal, conducted a culinary empowerment workshop in collaboration with Bake Fresh International School and SNEH Welfare Organization. The 5-day hands-on training initiative for 11 underprivileged girls aimed at equipping women with baking skills as a means to foster self-reliance, income generation, and long-term financial independence.
The participants received intensive training in baking essentials, cookie workshop, cake decoration, dessert artistry, and food presentation. The program also incorporated sessions on packaging, costing, and marketing to help women convert their passion for baking into a viable livelihood.
Through this initiative, FLO Ludhiana continued its mission to empower women with practical, marketable skills and promote sustainable entrepreneurship.
