FLO Kolkata organized a tree-planting event in a local park and planted 50 trees to enhance local biodiversity and promote environmental sustainability. This initiative was held at Chetla Park, Kolkata. FLO Kolkata aimed to inspire the ongoing commitment to sustainability in the community.
The initiative planted specific species for their ecological benefits – Shammi (Prosopis cineraria), Nimbu (Citrus limon), Exora (Ixora coccinea), Tagar (Tabernaemontana divaricata), Prerna (Moringa oleifera), and Ficus (Ficus benjamina).
