FLO Coimbatore, led by Chairperson Aparna Sunku, successfully hosted the “2nd National Governing Body Meeting,” Vanakkam Kovai, at the Residency Towers in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The event saw the gracious presence of National President Mrs. Poonam Sharma, Executive Director Ms. Rashmi Sarita, the Presidium, Past Presidents, Secretariat, Chairpersons, and over 100 delegates from across India for serious business and strategic exchange.
Despite the short notice, the event was executed seamlessly, thanks to the collective effort of past chairs, the executive committee, volunteers, and partners. Delegates appreciated the well-coordinated logistics, comfortable stay, modern amenities, warm hospitality, and the cultural essence of Vanakkam Kovai.
A highlight was the off-site spiritual and cultural retreat to Madurai and Rameshwaram, where delegates experienced the divine energy of ancient temples, including the 22-well ritual at Rameshwaram, and explored the rich heritage of Tamil Nadu. The journey was deeply moving and beautifully coordinated.
