FLO Ahmedabad, led by Chairperson Ms. Madhu Banthia organized its 1st Executive Committee Meeting. She emphasized the significance of unity and collaboration in achieving the chapter’s vision for the year 2025–2026.
The esteemed Past Chairpersons were invited to share their experiences and insights:
• Ms. Sonal Ambani highlighted the power of teamwork and encouraged a collaborative approach to drive impactful initiatives.
• Ms. Rachna Gamawat stressed the importance of professionalism and decorum.
Each committee member and initiative head introduced themselves and shared their vision, strategic plans, and key initiatives for their respective verticals. Goals for the upcoming quarter and the full year were also discussed.
Membership Chair Ms. Radhika Nanda presented innovative ideas to drive membership growth and engagement. A brainstorming session followed, where committee members shared additional creative suggestions to attract and welcome new members. The Chairperson presented the chapter’s vision for the year 2025–2026, focusing on key objectives, strategic pillars, and collaborative execution.
