Women's Wing of FICCI
FLO (FICCI Ladies Organisation) was established in 1983 as a division of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI). FLO serves as an all-India forum for women, with its headquarters in New Delhi and 20 chapters across India, representing over 14,000 women entrepreneurs, professionals, and corporate executives – and counting.
Over the years, FLO has promoted entrepreneurship and professional excellence through workshops, seminars, conferences, training programs, and capacity-building initiatives – Trade and commerce international delegations, exchange of ideas, women empowerment from grassroots to women on board. FLO empowers women by fostering leadership, skills development, and creating a platform to showcase their talents across various sectors for an inclusive economic growth trajectory.

Dear Friends,
It is with immense pride and purpose that I take on the role of the 42nd National President of FICCI FLO. For over four decades, FLO has been at the forefront of empowering women in business, leadership, and entrepreneurship—and today, our mission is more vital than ever.
Aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, FLO will continue to champion women-led growth through a holistic framework grounded in the eight pillars: Shiksha, Suniti, Swabhiman, Suraksha, Swasthya, Saksham, Sahayta, and Sarvodaya.
We are launching FLO KAVACH, a dedicated support system to assist women facing challenges in legal rights, finance, mental health, and cybersecurity. Our goal is to empower 1,00,000+ women across urban and rural India through digital literacy, vocational training, and life skills.
