Women's Wing of FICCI
FLO (FICCI Ladies Organisation) was established in 1983 as a division of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI). FLO serves as an all-India forum for women, with its headquarters in New Delhi and 20 chapters across India, representing over 12,000 women entrepreneurs, professionals, and corporate executives – and counting.
Over the years, FLO has promoted entrepreneurship and professional excellence through workshops, seminars, conferences, training programs, and capacity-building initiatives – Trade and commerce international delegations, exchange of ideas, women empowerment from grassroots to women on board. FLO empowers women by fostering leadership, skills development, and creating a platform to showcase their talents across various sectors for an inclusive economic growth trajectory.

I am deeply honored and thrilled to assume the role of the 41st National President of FICCI Ladies Organization. As I step into this position, I am reminded of the words of Andrew Carnegie, who said, “Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.”
These words resonate profoundly with me as we unite in pursuit of our shared goals. I am privileged to have served as the Chapter Chair of FLO North East Chapter and I am grateful for the trust and confidence you have placed in me to lead this esteemed organization at the national level. The theme for my tenure 2024-25, is “COLLECTIVE VISION, COLLABORATIVE ACTION.”
