FLO Pune hosted a wellness session titled “The M Factor – Mindfulness, Movement & More,” designed to help members journey inward through mindfulness and expressive arts.
The session, attended by 70+ participants, began with a grounding meditation. Attendees explored dance therapy and a community painting session followed, allowing participants to externalize their thoughts and emotions onto a shared canvas. This creative exercise fostered a deep sense of collective expression and unity.
The evening featured a poetry and movement performance by Karishma Harlalka. The workshop brought together mindfulness, movement, and meaningful connection.
