FLO Bombay commemorated beginning of the year with a Change of Guard Ceremony on 26th of April 2012 at Hotel ITC Grand Central, Parel – Mumbai where Mrs. RenuKathuria took over the chairpersonship of FLO Bombay Chapter for the present year.
This year along with Change of Guard ceremony we had a short musical Performance- Act depicting hardships faced by a girl through her life and hence the message to address the same. FLO Bombay also felicitated the unknown successful self-employed women like–GeetaMajolkar and Jigisha Shah
Mrs. LilleteDubey graced the occasion and also presented FLO support certificates to BSS (BharathiStree Shakti), High Places for our Sanitation Project in Adarwadi village, The Primary Health Center in Tamhini village and the Mother Theresa home for destitute girls and women in Airoli.
Mrs. RenuKathuria announced her vision & annual calendar for the year 2012-2013 in front of a large gathering of FLO Bombay members who were present in full strength to support the new team. The event was followed by a networking dinner.
