FLO Hyderabad, led by Chairperson Prathibha Kunda, organised its national job fair on 2nd August, 2025, at Avinash College of Commerce in Secunderabad under its Linkages between ACADEMIA Industry and Govt. initiative. This is the first in a series of job fairs to follow across all chapters. Also, this flagship initiative is aimed at enabling direct access to employment and skilling opportunities to empower women and young students.

The event was inaugurated by Chief Guest Hari Chandana Dasari, IAS, District Collector of Hyderabad, who lauded FLO for turning its national network and influence into tangible, grassroots action. Guest of Honour, Ms. Pinky Reddy, Past National President, FLO, reflected on the organisation’s 43-year journey, stating that for the first time, aspiration and opportunity were being bridged together in a structured and scalable manner.

The event was a seamless, tech-enabled experience from employer onboarding to candidate-job matching and interview coordination. The FLO Job Fair was supported by DEET – Digital Employment Exchange of Telangana, whose extensive database helped amplify the reach and connect relevant job seekers with suitable employers. Key corporate participants included PayTM, JustDial, HDFC, Insurance Saathi, Azad Engineering, Brilliant Biopharmaceuticals, VisionTek, Polmon, Creamstone and many others.

The job fair offered a range of roles across sales & marketing, accounts & finance, digital marketing, administration, design, microbiology, and IT support. The vision for the Job Fair was driven by CA Shubhraa Maheshwari, Past Chairperson, FLO Hyderabad and National Lead, Academia-Industry-Government (AIG) Linkages team.

She said that the FLO Job Fair is part of FLO’s commitment to long-term economic empowerment.
