YFLO Ahmedabad, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Neha Goyal, hosted a Rangoli training session under its Earn N’ Learn program in an attempt to nurture creativity and skill development among children. Around 40 enthusiastic children, all regular school-goers, participated in this colorful and inspiring session.
The Earn N’ Learn initiative provides children with a unique opportunity to earn while they learn, offering tutorial support, mentorship, weekly creative activities, nutritious meals, and valuable exposure visits throughout the year.
The Rangoli session, conducted by YFLO Ahmedabad, introduced the children to the art and cultural significance of Rangoli, a traditional Indian expression of beauty and positivity. Under the guidance of skilled instructors, the children learned to create intricate designs using eco-friendly materials and natural colors.
They explored both traditional and contemporary patterns, gaining hands-on experience in symmetry, design, and color coordination. The day was filled with joy, teamwork, and creative expression as each child proudly showcased their artwork.
More than just an art class, the workshop helped build their confidence, focus, and appreciation for Indian culture. Through initiatives like these, YFLO Ahmedabad continues to inspire young learners to explore their talents, empowering them through education, creativity, and self-expression.
